Today is my second day of my diet only drinking 2 shakes and one good meal plus 3 snacks in between with an hour workout every single day, i’m hoping I’ll lose about 10-15 pounds by spring break that’s how strict it is! i’m loving it though, especially getting to be more active..planet fitness is awesome! I loved the 30 min circuit area it works out everything! I’m looking forward to going there often!
